Importance of up-to-date data

In accordance with the Act on Management and Maintenance of Buildings (NN 152/2024-2502), each co-owner is obliged to provide the building manager with accurate data on the ownership of a special part of the property (apartment, business premises, garage).

Accurate data is essential for correct calculation of common reserve funds, reimbursement of costs (water, waste disposal), and timely delivery of invoices and notifications. Please fill out the form below.
