FRIDA d.o.o. was founded in 2010. The activity of maintenance and management of residential buildings is an extremely important branch of our business, and the company's business policy is quality, professional, and transparent cooperation with co-owners of buildings, contractors, and neighbors, to the satisfaction of co-owners and us as managers.

Our team consists of eight people who handle administrative tasks, two lawyers, and many cooperators from the fields of construction, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, locksmithing, etc.

We always approach our clients and investors professionally, providing services of the highest quality, mutual respect, transparency, and work safety.

We continuously monitor modern and environmentally friendly market trends, using systems such as e-manager and e-co-owner.
